Data we collect
- When you submit the consultation form: name, email, academic position, faculty, laboratory (optional), request topic and details, reply language and the time you accepted this policy.
- Technical logs kept by the server for security and operation (such as IP address and request time), according to the University hosting set-up.
- By default the site uses no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Purposes
Answering and following up consultation requests, and producing aggregate activity statistics that do not reveal identities.
Access and sharing
Only authorised OSC staff can view requests. Data is not sold or passed to commercial parties.
Retention
Retention periods are set by the University administration. Until then, closed requests are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data in line with Algerian law on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data (Law No. 18-07). Contact us through the contact page.
